Garlic

Our cold frosty winters give a fantastic depth and robustness to our garlic. It really packs a punch and you will definitely notice the difference in flavour compared to supermarket garlic!

We grow both red and white 'Turban' garlic for our main early season crop as well as mid and late season 'Artichoke' varieties.

Fresh Garlic Bulbs

We carefully cure (dry) and clean our garlic before grading for size. Bulbs are usually sold in bags of 3-7 bulbs depending on bulb size.

Garlic Braids

Give your kitchen that gourmet country look by hanging one of our artisanal garlic braids. These hand plaited braids allow good air circulation and are a traditional way to extend the shelf life of garlic.

Smoked Garlic

Inspired by the famous smoked garlic from the Arleux region of northern France, we smoke our garlic for 15 hours over cherrywood. This artisanal process imparts a lovely sweet and smokey aroma and flavour to the garlic that will add real depth to your cooking. Smoked garlic is also highly versatile and can be used in most dishes that you would use fresh garlic for.

Smoked Garlic Salt

Our smoked garlic salt offers the same flavour profiles as our fresh smoked garlic but with a longer shelf life.
